I would like to have my property treated this summer by Clean Lakes Associates. I will display my pier code number* or my name and address on my pier so that it is visible from the spray boat. Otherwise, I understand that the DNR will not allow treatment on my property. *Pier codes can be obtained at your local municipal office, or if you received a Clean Lakes mailing this year, your pier code appears above your address on the mailing.

Don't Forget!
- Obtain your pier code from your local municipal office and post
it on your pier OR post your name and address on your pier. The
DNR will not allow treatment on your property if this information
is not posted and clearly visible.
Treatments usually occur during the 1st and 2nd week of June. Clean Lakes Associates will
post these dates on the web site and will have a recording on their phone (608-221-1156)
once the dates have been determined by the DNR.
